Family therapy can help to:

  • Improve communication within family members

  • Address parenting & disciplining concerns

  • Promote harmony in blended families

  • Develop healthy sibling relationships

  • Improve parent & teen connection

  • Enhance peer relationships

When you think of family, what comes to mind? Warm, fuzzy feelings? Or visions of a complete hot mess?

Family can be funny like that. There are some moments when you absolutely love your family members and times where you want to run and hide from them. Every family is different and unique with its own set of challenges. And, they leave a long lasting impression on us.

Family therapy can address issues that currently exist or have occurred in the past.  Therapy can involve adults and minors.  My work has involved helping families coexist in the present as well as guiding adult children to reflect on their childhoods with a new, more helpful perspective.

Happiness is having a large, loving, caring, close-knit family in another city.
